The deceased, identified as Kyoga Joka, was reportedly traced and shot d3ad by two armed men riding a motorcycle. Eyewitnesses linked the assailants to Chen, a notorious bandit leader. Following the incident on September 29, authorities recovered the corpse and deposited it at the General Hospital Mortuary, Zaki-Biam.
