The Destination Management Office (DMO) of Akwa Ibom State has announced the inaugural Governor’s Christmas Dinner at the Marina.
The AUTHORITY learnt that the event is scheduled for Sunday, 21 December 2025, at the Marina, Ibom Hotel & Golf Resort.
Designed as a premium, end-of-year engagement, the event is intended to bring together leading figures from the business, investment, and industrial communities for an elegant evening on the pier.
Set against the serene waters of the Marina, guests will enjoy fine dining, curated entertainment, and a relaxed Christmas ambience.
The Governor’s Christmas Dinner aims to appreciate organisations already contributing to the State’s economic and tourism growth, welcome new and prospective investors, provide an opportunity for the Governor to share his forward-looking vision for tourism, hospitality, industrial development, job creation, and broader economic expansion.
The gathering is intended further to foster meaningful conversations, strengthen partnerships, and create space for future investment opportunities in Akwa Ibom’s evolving economic landscape.
