Most people like to make strange combinations of flavors and textures in food, for example, fries with ice cream, milk and pizza, sweets with sodas, and that each one has a different palate than another.

If you are about to eat one of those combinations that you like, take into account these data and then reformulate the situation and think about foods you should not combine:

1. Sugar and starches = fermentation

The starch takes time to defer and blocks the sugar process until it is ready. Meanwhile, the sugar is fermented in the stomach.

Combination: potatoes with tomato sauce.

2. Proteins and more proteins = sleep forever

Proteins take too long to digest, and if they are double worse. If you get to eat this way, drink some digestive or diuretic to help you slow transit because you will be exhausted from so much digest.

Combination: mixed roast.

Sugar is easy to digest, but fat … no. What is going to happen is that your body will take care of the fat first and after a long time it will start with the sugar causing accumulation of toxins.

Combination: cakes, all kinds of delicious cakes.

4. Fruits and anything else

Fruits are excellent for our digestion, but combined with most foods can cause bloating and indigestion. The worst would be to combine fruits with more sugar.

Combination: fruit cake, milk with banana.

5. Proteins and carbons = goodbye to the bathroom

This is serious. While both foods provide energy, the stomach needs something more to move all that load through the intestine. The poor suffer and can never expel waste.

Combination: chicken and pancakes.

6. Proteins and starches = goodbye to bath 2.0

It is very heavy to mix starches with proteins, while the former are fermented in the stomach, the latter begin to degrade. Give the intestine a break and eat some salad.

Combination: beef with french fries.

7. Milk with whatever = inflammation

Dairy products are foods that tend to inflate the stomach, so if you are going to eat something after a while after drinking milk.

8. More salty sweet: nausea

I know that nausea is not a reason to stop mixing something salty like peanuts with a sweet soda, but if you have a delicate stomach, do not do it.

What happens is that the body gets confused and before the excess of salt, you look for something sweet and vice versa as if it were a vicious circle.

9. Alcohol and pizza = gastritis all day

May I forgive my stomach, but I love this lack of combination. Not only wheat flour are full of sugars and starch, it also has gluten – and beer too.

What will happen is that alcohol in contact with the acidity of the tomato will produce gastritis, and gluten swelling.

10. Water, food, water, and more water = digestion at a snail’s pace

Water confuses the stomach if you combine it with food, digestion will be very slow and the feeling of fullness will be very unpleasant because you are not “full”, you are drowned in water.

1. Mint With Aerated Drinks: It is believed that peppermint must never be had along with aerated drinks because it leads to a fatal toxic food combination in the stomach. Cyanide can be formed by the combination of these two eatables if it is mixed in the right proportions.

2. Dairy products and antibiotics. Some antibiotics, including Cipro, bind to calcium, iron, and other minerals in milk-based foods. “This prevents the absorption of the antibiotics, ultimately decreasing their ability to fight infections.dotifi.com

3.Proteins With Starch: Why is potato chips with fried chicken considered an unhealthy meal? Not only because it has trans fats but also because the digestive procedure for these two nutrients is different. Proteins are digested in the stomach whereas the digestion of starch takes place primarily in the small intestine. So as the proteins get digested they hold back the starch in the stomach making the food toxic.

4. Sugar With Proteins: Are you one of those who round off your meal of chicken steak with a juicy dessert? Then you must be prone to gastric problems. Sugar acts on the protein digesting enzymes and makes their action sluggish which means food takes a long time to get digested and there are chances of indigestion taking place.

5.Cereal or oatmeal with milk and orange juice. Acids in orange juice or any acid fruits destroy the enzyme that is responsible for digesting starches present in cereal. Also, acidic fruits or juices can curdle milk and turn it into a heavy mucus-forming substance. To keep your breakfast healthy, try having fruit or orange juice 30 min before the oatmeal.

6.Bananas and milk. Ayurveda lists this combination as one of the heaviest and toxin-forming. It is said to create heaviness in the body and slow down the mind. If you are a fan of milk-based banana smoothies make sure that banana is very ripe and add cardamom and nutmeg to stimulate digestion.

7.Yogurt with fruit. Ayurveda and food combining theory, don’t advise mixing any sour fruits with dairy as it can diminish digestive fire, change the intestinal flora, produce toxins and cause sinus congestion, cold, cough and allergies. Ayurveda suggests avoiding congestive and digestive fire dampening foods like cold yogurt mixed with fruits.
