Members of the Akinwunmi Ambode Campaign Organization AAMCO were full of excitement as the group celebrated this year’s Christmas together ruling out the fear of gathering together at the Epe resident of the group’s Symbol,Former Governor Akinwunmi Ambode.

The yearly get together Christmas party of the group could not hold as usual at the Epe resident of the former Governor because of the Covid-19 Pandemic but the former Governor decided to celebrate the event with the group across the 20 LGs and 37 LCDAs in the state.

The event at the Agege Local Government Chapter of the group had in attendance party leaders,ethic groups and women across the Local Council.
Party leaders in attendance were Hon Kamorudeen Sabitu,Alhaji Kamorudeen Logunleko,Elder Akinpelu,Hon Dele Aladejana,Hon Ahmed Balogun,Hon Babatunde Hammed,Hon Aderounmu,Hon Hakim Osanyinpeju,Hon Ayorinde Adeosun, the leadership of the Arewa group,Alhaji Ibrahim Atahiru and the Ebira Community led by Alhaji Issa Saliu.

While addressing the members of the group,the Agege Chapter Coordinator of the group,Chief Babatunde Oluomo explained why the event had to hold across all the Local Government Chapter of the group and the commitment and love of the group’s Symbol to the development of the State and Nigeria.He said the decision of Governor Akinwunmi Ambode to bring together members of the group simultaneously to celebrate the Christmas is to ensure that the bond and unity among members of the group is sustained through show of love.
