Priceless Hair, an Instagram vendor, has delivered Wunmi Adenekan (not real name), a Lagos-based entrepreneur’s wig.
Adenekan told FIJ on Monday afternoon that her N66,000 wig with the hair vendor was delivered on Saturday.
“My wig has been delivered,” she said to FIJ.

“The wig was delivered on Saturday after I called them out on Instagram again.
“They had initially sent an apology after seeing FIJ’s story on Wednesday. They apologised and promised to revert in 24 hours.
“When they did not revert, I called them out again on Instagram, then they made good their promise.”

On Wednesday, Swordpress.NG Reported how Priceless Hair failed to deliver Adenekan’s hair after she paid for it on March 10.
Her efforts to also get the hair delivered after complaining and driving to their Lekki office was also unsuccessful.

“I made an order for an eight inches and ten inches wig with closure from Priceless Hair for N66,000,” she told FIJ.
“I was told the delivery would take up to a month after placing my order. But then, the timeframe elapsed and I reached out to them.
“I drove to Lekki for the wig but I didn’t get it even when they told me their shop was open. They then promised to send a dispatch rider with the wig but they have not lived up to their promises.
“A responsible company that understands customer service would have reached out, but they seem unserious, and I can’t take this anymore.
“At this point, I don’t want to deal with their mess anymore. I just want a refund of my money.”
Priceless Hair delivered the entrepreneur’s hair three days after FIJ’s story.
