Premier league club Chelsea have have agreed a deal in principle for Manchester City midfielder Cole Palmer this summer transfer window. The Blues were looking to sign an offensive player before the transfer window comes to a close on Friday, September 1. Palmer has been a bit part player for the Cityzens and a move where he could get more playing time could be a factor in the deal.
