Our attention has been drawn to a recent social media post by one of our patients, associated with the TikTok account Car Bows, Decors & Gifts in Lagos, regarding the loss of her triplets in February 2025.
We extend our deepest condolences to her and her family. We recognize that the loss of a child is an unimaginable pain, and our hearts go out to her during this difficult time.
While we have not received a formal complaint from her to date, we take all concerns relating to patient care very seriously. In the spirit of professionalism, compassion, and transparency, we have reached out and a scheduled meeting between the hospital and her/representative has been agreed upon.
