Governor Sanwo-Olu on Wednesday visited residents of the Ogombo in the Eti-Osa Local Government Area of the state following the recent flooding in the area.
The governor, who was there with some cabinet members, waded through the flooded roads to assess the situation and interact with the affected residents.
With several roads submerged, some residents have resorted to using canoes to transport people across flooded sections of the community, highlighting the severity of the situation.

The affected residents are calling on the Lagos State Government to implement immediate and lasting flood control measures to enable them to return to their homes, businesses, and normal daily activities.
