Benin Club 1931 Announces Half-Year General Meeting for July 26

The Benin Club 1931 has announced that its Half Annual General Meeting for the 2026 session will hold on Sunday, 26th July 2026, at the Club’s Upper Lounge, starting at 2:00 PM (14:00 Hrs).

In a notice signed by the General Secretary, Albert Ngbanwa, members were formally invited to attend the meeting, which will address key issues concerning the Club’s activities and administration for the year.

According to the notice, proceedings will open with a prayer, followed by the adoption of the agenda and an address by the Club’s President. The meeting will then review the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting, alongside a discussion of matters arising from it.

Members will also receive updates through the Treasurer’s Report and the Auditor’s Report, offering insight into the Club’s financial standing over the period under review. The session will further create room for “Any Other Business” (A.O.B.), allowing members to raise additional issues before the meeting is formally closed with a prayer.

The General Secretary urged all members to be punctual, underscoring the importance of full participation as the Club reviews its half-year performance and charts its course for the remainder of 2026.
