I held The Bible Recently & I asked myself why do people TRUST this book so much but fail to accept its simplicity in English .When a Man Takes an English Word in the Bible and goes to find the “ORIGINAL” Greek translation to interprete it .
1. Does This mean The Bible Translation in English is not Good enough
2.If you are from Greece and cant speak english Does This mean the Bible you read was written in English and then translated to Greek ?
3.Or if you have the original greek version and you are Greek does this mean you understand the Bible more than Others who read the English version ?
God knew Man was going to have diverse languages . God knew This from Babel unto Pentecost .
At Babel, Man Was scattered by his lack of communication . At Pentecost Man was united by The Gift of Tongues .
Many Ministers Today When “Teaching” the Bible usually resort to The Big Words of Greek to explain further .
This in my opinion belittles the “Original” Translation of English The King James Version .
All the other English Versions are version of english tapered to suit the hearers just like a version in Arabic God wants the Arabian to understand his word perfectly .
If we have Faith that The Bible is infallible as it Stands Today Then We hav Faith that God will only give Versions To those who are seeking the Truth to know what is Right & What is Wrong .
If God wants to “lie” to you Trust me He will do it to the point of delusion for the Bible tells us of God sending Lying Spirits to those whom he wants to destroy.
I dont speak Greek and actually I believe The Bible was written by a bunch of Hebrew Folks that is the old Testament and the New Testament by Many Fishermen A Tax Collector and a Jewish Lawyer who were living in Roman Times and the Romans spoke more of Latin than of Greek .
I want to Believe that Studying the Bible in English is enough just like God made the Gift of Tongues to speak to differing Languages of Men at Opportune Times .
The Greek Version is For Greeks and The English Version is For English Speakers .
WE left Babel a Long Time ago
You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29: 13
