There is lot of things computer will never be able to do it
Several things. They will never think like a human being. They will never become sentient. They will never become self aware. They will never become dangerous or threat to humanity. They will never be able to act and its side of their programming. They will never have actual human emotions.
LIST
There are lots of things which computers can’t do. Following are few things i have mentioned have a look.
Can’t have sex and produce babies
Appreciating art, beauty.
Feel
understand motives of people – i.e. judge people/solve murder investigation
commit crimes of passion
process and output emotions like courage, greed, envy, hate..
Be curious
innovative
be a politician…. seriously 🙂
Evaluate exams requiring descriptive answers
understand God, religion.
Understand ghost, spirits.
20. No sense of style.
Non verbal communication with the user which is the most expressive communication by humans .
Birth to a new young ones which is obviously not possible and will not be possible in future .
Computer’s have fixed storage size for storing data and that cannot be made to infinity so it has a limit for the data storage .
Battery issues – computers need to plugged on to power source they remain on standby for only few hours and hence the battery life is not infinite !
From the theory of computation, there is a class of problems called “undecidable problems”, and of which the most famous one is the halting problem. All those problems are not solvable unless you go much beyond the natural general understanding of what a “computer” is. It is unnecessary to rigorously capture the idea of “computer” for this question, but at least the “computers” we are talking here include all the current forms of AI, and all the current definition of quantum computers.
The problem is simple: have a computer (program) that is able to test whether any given program will run into infinite loop.
The key to this impossiblility result is to observe that you can modify the almighty program and feed the modified program to itself, causing a contradiction in logic.
They’ll never be able to solve Non Deterministic problems
They cannot function by themselves unless programmed to do so in that case it becomes an A.I.
I guess that’s it..
In today’s date everything is done by computer and they are no far away on making 70% of population unemployed who are stuck in repetative jobs like in software companies like TCS, Infosys, etc or driving or any thing which requires no constant involvement of brain…
