Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State has assigned ministry of health portfolio to a lawyer.
The governor made the announcement today in Osogbo, the state capital, while inaugurating the state executive council members and newly appointed permanent secretaries.
In his statement at the event, the governor noted that the new commissioners were “a product of stakeholders’ choices”.

Barr Sola Akintola, a legal practitioner, was assigned the responsibility of supervising the ministry of health, while Tokunbo Salam is to man the ministry of regional integration and special duties.
